My husband and I came for their steak and endless shrimp. The establishment was clean and the servers and staff were polite and on top of their game. The only thing negative about the experience and the reason why we didn't rate them higher was that my steak should have been medium but it came out well done. They took it back and tried again and the next steak was also well done. I would have kept it but they insisted on trying to correct the error which I believe was noble. The last attempt was more on the rare side but to avoid any attempt of waste I kept it. Also, the manager gave us gift certificates for our next visit to try to compensate which was very nice. Our server and the manager were wonderful. I think their cook just needs some practice.

If I could give a number in the negative range I would. I just left there after throwing up in the restroom. I was eating bread pudding at the end of the meal and bit into what I thought was a raisin. I hope it was a dirt clod, because that is what it tasted like, but who knows what it was. Who knows how sick I may, or may not be, hours from now?!?!?! I told our waitress who proceeded to tell the manager who came and questioned my table while I was in the restroom getting sick. Upon my exiting the restroom there were two Latin ladies looking at the bread pudding and poking and prodding it getting ready to leave it there before I told them to remove it. All this coming from a guy who eats a lot, considers myself a foodie of sorts but by no means is a food snob or has a weak stomach. I have never been through an experience like that in my life, will never be back and I would advise you don't go either. Crossing my fingers it was dirt..... On a side note, I have since arrived home and dry heaved vehemently.

Food doesn't look like the pictures in the menu. My beef was cold and baked potato didn't have bacon and cheese as expected.

Kinda divey, even by Sizzler Standards. Pretty sure that the health department should be monitoring this salad bar a little more closely. I got all Robert Irvine-y when my daughter plopped some lukewarm taco meat on her chips. That stuff should be piping hot. Not luke-warm. My first inclination was to make her walk away from the salad bar then I remembered we were like the first guests of the day, since it was only like 11:30...so I thought maybe the odds of NOT getting food poisoning were in our favor...but still...ick.

I'm not a Sizzler hater. I actually love the one in Sugarhouse. But this location is bad, bad, bad. I stopped in with my family a couple of weeks ago to satisfy my annual Sizzler craving. While I waited in the short line to order, my wife used the restroom. She came out and siad it was absolutely filthy! The checklist on the door said that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in 3 days! We decided that if they don't keep their restrooms clean, they probably don't keep the kitchen clean either so we decided to leave. We let the cashier know that we were leaving because of the appalling condition of their facilities and she just looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language that she didn't understand. The one other time we actually ate at this store, it was the worst Sizzler food I've ever had. I won't be giving them another chance.

Not bad, I like the salad bar. Everytime we have been it is stocked and ready to go.

I enjoy Sizzler for its delicious Malibu Chicken and its fairly decent sized and quality salad bar. Though Sizzler's business roots originate from being a steakhouse, I don't typically frequent Sizzler for their steak. I have eaten a steak, or two and maybe a couple of lobster tails and other items from off the Sizzler menu and haven't had any issues that would deter me from ordering. But, my absolute, most favorite Sizzler dish is and probably always will be the Malibu Chicken. I absolutely LOVE the texture and flavor of that chicken, ham and Swiss cheese dipped in that creamy mustard sauce!! So FREAKING good! : ) This particular Sizzler location has seen its many years and is way due / overdue for a renovation / remodeling face lift, but the interior is still in pretty good condition, the service is still very good and the food quality is always great. I would certainly not allow the exterior "feel" to distract you from choosing this Sizzler location as a pretty good place to get your Malibu Chicken fix. This particular Sizzler does not serve any beer, or alcohol. I would definitely return to any Sizzler based upon this particular store's ability to please and would definitely return to this particular Sizzler.
